When a private request is sent to LAGUS, the information provided is received: typically a name, contact details, and a description of what is being looked for.
This information is used solely to understand and respond to the request. At this stage, LAGUS does not share this information with any third party, dealer, or partner. If that ever becomes necessary to fulfil a specific request, the client will be informed beforehand and asked for confirmation before anything is shared.
Information is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and any related correspondence, and is deleted when no longer relevant.
